Before Your First Conversation.

Your Financial Goals

A rough sense of what you're investing for — retirement, children's education, Hajj, a home purchase — and roughly when you'll need the money.

Your Current Position

An overview of existing savings, investments, and any debts or liabilities. Approximate figures are fine — this is a conversation, not an audit.

Your Risk Comfort

Think about how you'd feel if the value of your investments temporarily fell by 20%. Your answer tells us a great deal about the right approach.

01

We Begin With You.

Every advisory relationship starts with a thorough discovery conversation. We take the time to understand your financial objectives, investment timeline, risk tolerance, existing assets, and the values that matter to you — including any faith-based requirements.

This is not a form to fill. It is a conversation. We ask about your life goals, your dependants, your income, and your concerns. Only when we fully understand your situation do we begin to think about investment solutions. We do not begin with products. We begin with you.

Financial goals and priorities
Investment timeline
Risk tolerance and capacity
Existing assets and liabilities
Income and expenditure patterns
Shariah compliance requirements
02

Every Asset Earns Its Place.

Before any investment is considered for your portfolio, it passes through a rigorous Shariah compliance screen. This is not a filter applied at the end — it is the first gate through which every candidate asset must pass.

We evaluate each asset against established Shariah criteria: sector exclusions (alcohol, tobacco, conventional banking, weapons, gambling), financial ratio checks, and business activity reviews. Independent verification is provided by our screening partners — Islamicly, Shariah Cap, and Rehbar. Clients receive a plain-language summary of which assets passed and which were excluded, and why.

Sector exclusion screening
Financial ratio review
Business activity assessment
Independent verification (Islamicly, Shariah Cap, Rehbar)
Ongoing monitoring for business activity changes
03

Fundamentals First.

After Shariah screening, surviving candidates are subjected to rigorous investment research. We assess fundamental business quality, financial health, valuation, risk profile, and market context before any recommendation is made.

Our research capability is strengthened by our institutional partnership with Nuvama Wealth, which provides access to professional-grade research and market analysis. Technology advisor Osama Sajid brings AI-driven analytical methodology to our investment research process.

04

Built Around Your Goals.

Investment selection is followed by portfolio construction — the deliberate assembly of holdings into a coherent, balanced portfolio aligned with your goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon.

We maintain diversification within Halal asset class boundaries: equity, Halal mutual funds, Digital Gold, and income-generating assets. Asset allocation is not one-size-fits-all — a young professional's portfolio is structured very differently from a retiree's income portfolio.

Asset allocation aligned to your goals
Diversification within Halal boundaries
Risk-appropriate weighting
Income vs. growth balance
Geographic and sector diversification
Regular rebalancing methodology

05

We Don't Set and Forget.

Markets evolve. Life circumstances change. Business activities of investee companies shift. Our advisory relationship is ongoing — not a one-time transaction.

We conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess performance against your goals, rebalance where necessary, and — critically — re-verify Shariah compliance. If a company we hold makes material changes to its business activities, we assess the continued suitability of that holding. Our clients are never surprised by changes to their portfolio — every review meeting is documented and shared.

Regular portfolio performance reviews
Shariah compliance re-verification
Rebalancing where needed
Life change adaptations
Market condition adjustments
Transparent reporting to clients
